Stone Fruit Focaccia

Like a picnic in focaccia form… A medley of peaches, plums, cherries and/or apricots (if seasonal) are baked into an elemental olive oil dough and sprinkled with coarse sugar. It’s a little bit sweet and a lot delicious. Small = 4 pieces Large = 8 pieces
