Cheddar Jalapeño Focaccia

What started with too many jalapeños became this new favorite in the savory CPB repertoire. Our olive oil dough is covered with a smattering of hot pepper slices, chopped scallions and shredded sharp cheddar and baked until golden. The perfect accompaniment to a bowl of soup or chili, or an excellent foundation for a Tex-Mex breakfast sandwich. Small = 4 pieces Large = 8 pieces
